Was this money not for 'an amount' of the lv statues?

In fairness, James did call me a few days ago about my statue and said that he would be in contact with me regarding how to get it... Chris (Beejoir) has sent me the following message as he is unable to come onto the site directly.
"Would you mind telling the people on there that I am eternally grateful to everyone for supporting my charity and helping with the mess that has been created by this whole saga, also I think I'll get the remaining LV statues back from the Lizard st gallery soon, if anyone is missing them could they please get into contact with me and I'll try to sort them out when I'm back in August."

The Leonard Street Gallery, by a4mnt on Jul 11, 2008 18:15:16 GMT 1, A few artists have not been paid. If you work out what all their works sold for and deduct the galleries fee, you'll see where not talking about a couple of weeks wages going missing.
Its really not good, in fact its fucking irresponsible. And a great shame.
As Carlo also said, we've lost a great venue (from a selfish point of view). The upstairs downstairs venue was a great hang out and will have fond memories of both Found and Permission to Paint shows, as well as many others.
The other question to be asked is how come none of us got offered any of the profits? Ideally on a clean toilet seat.

Or maybe it is all down to one man destruction mission to blow his head off as quickly as possible! I doubt it - I did post on a previous thread that this is all very grey and very sad. What is still bothering me is who else was involved in this? They have clearly disappeared into the background. I have yet to come across anybody who does coke on their own, and the drug has a habit of forcing itself onto other people by it's nature. So clearly there are others still in our little art world who where involved in this who are keeping stum.

Are you suggesting he's not the only person in the art world who does coke?? I'm shocked and appalled!
maybe we need to get a sniffer dog on the case to find the co-conspiritors.

The Leonard Street Gallery, by a4mnt on Jul 11, 2008 19:00:00 GMT 1, I think its time for some creative revenge.
Someone must know who their dealer was. Break into his house and cut all the goods with stricnine, laxatives and bromide.
That'll fuck 'em up.
Seriously though, its a shame for all you guys who have lost money. There must be some kind of comeback on all this. Lets hope something good finally comes from it all.

The Leonard Street Gallery, by andrewd on Jul 11, 2008 19:33:18 GMT 1, If I was out of pocket I'd complain and make sure that something happened but I wouldn't necessarily expect much of my £ back. I don't know anything about TLSG but where a company has traded insolvent the directors can be prosecuted. Prison sentences are available. Directors can be disqualified from holding the position of a director which rather causes problems for directors who want to start up new companies when the old one goes bust. Oh and without wanting to sound prudish the use of class A drugs is illegal

The Leonard Street Gallery, by blgallery on Jul 11, 2008 20:20:40 GMT 1, I payed 500$ in stuff that I never received. I blame it on myself because it was three months ago and I kept believing that I would have received it because that's what they wrote me last month. I'm a grad students in the US, so I can't just walk to the gallery and pick something up. It's sad, I don't know what to do. I called the bank and since I let 90 days pass there's nothing they can do. fuck, 500$ it's a lot of money for me.
sorry for the lame message, but maybe somebody could suggest me something or give me a # that I can call because nobody answer the one that I have. Any help or hint is really appreciated.
Thanks
