Hi newbie question, does anyone know roughly how many of the un-signed and un-numbered test print of the Warhol Myths range were actually printed and how to think about value of this vs the signed edition versions?

What a fantastic opportunity for someone with deep pockets to get one. The edition size is big though so wouldn’t be surprised to see a few more next year.

The same reason pairs of Yayoi Kusama pumpkins regularly go for over £1k, when they're still freely available for retail price. Some people don't do their research.

Kurstak is a known fraudster and has previously been banned from ebay. 99% of things on his site are fake. He's been going for years. I'd hope TW are doing due diligence as this is catawiki fodder.

Imho I think that Thrower will easily fetch north of $400k considering the recent result the unsigned LIITA print got at Sotheby’s.

This is perhaps a dumb question, but if an item is auctioned by Tate Ward should I take it on faith that it is genuine? I am in the market for a Tesco Petrol Bomb and maybe soup cans and know to look for receipts, mailer tubes, etc., but don't know what my barrier for suspicion should be with an auction house that might not be shipping those.

Not a dumb question. Lots of fake lots have been sold by even the biggest auction houses. Think you should still due your due diligence, as for any purchase. That said, TW are a decent auction house, and they’ll give you a straight answer.
