Haven’t heard any complaints from members that they were wrongly refunded, leads me to believe GP caught 25 individuals red handed.

I guess I did for opening my mouth and calling out the BS on a forum with anomity. Didn’t help they lost my Pez Order and couldn’t offer a sincere apology. It was “lost” and didn’t have record of tracking. Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I send emails enquiring about releases to GP, put a link on my site and generally and have had good service when I bought before. What pisses me off is i never get a reply from my emails. I’m sure they get shit loads but a reply would be nice. Never have a chance on releases, so most times I don’t bother because something’s afoot. Wanted a tiger as my wife liked it. Sour grapes I guess.

You might have had a one off bad experience, but honestly my partner and I have bought dozens of prints from GP (and never for reselling), and they were always perfectly packed. Furthermore, every interaction for post sale support has been top quality. One of the smoothest galleries I ever dealt with.

Disclaimer: and no, I have no economic interest in GP, I don’t even know anybody working there, and my (nor my partner’s) name is on some mythological Graffiti Prints list for sweet deals. I’m just a happy customer grateful for top notch service. 

Edit: and no boots for me, just perseverance and tons (including the latest) of missed releases (e.g. there is one particular print that I missed in 4 different releases and I’m still crying for it).

I think it’s fair to say being critical wouldn’t be crossing the line but making it personal isn’t a good way to go if you want to maintain a business relationship with someone.

Agree, great service, amazing packaging and quality.  Remember they tore a lot of the Pez to redo.  When I dropped mine off at the framer really had a chance to examine, its a beauty.
