Those pictures, and the number of people getting damaged prints, the fact that there is no replacement stock, it's crazy. I really feel sorry for you guys, must be a shitty day.

Anybody have experience with print packaging direct from Hayuk art studio ?

Since they are the printer can't they reprint some for those that was damage during transit?

Given the number of reportedly damaged prints and potential loss of profit, they might need to re-print a new batch.

Whoever packages prints should know how to source the most appropriate tubes/packaging and package the prints properly.

I just got mine - it arrived with one cap missing, and one in the tube

the print wasn't creased, but it does look dirty - do you think I can clean it or get it cleaned? Should I return it?

To think that you have small artists operating on their own, who will sell you a canvas for peanuts and pack it so well that the packaging cost probably exceeds the cost of the canvas…

That a professional outfit would let this happen is utter bullshit, insane and justifiable in no way…

How can you packaged prints so badly, I assume that the end caps are a loose fit on these.




Why go through the printing process with Maya and NOT give a shit about how you pack/ship $1000 prints.




I don't think I've ever seen so many from one release so royally F@cked up. I do hope some of you do alright in the end, and hope Maya can do something to make up for such shoddy packing.

I'd say they're far from the best.  If you're selling a $1K print, you can afford a couple of bucks to upgrade to a "bomb proof" tube
