Sadly, the depth of my pockets and the uncertainty regarding the "prizes" meant I couldnt justify it.

Saturday can't come quick enough!...so glad I took up the challenge! Did it together with a few mates and had a ton of fun....48hrs in HK and a weekend in NYC with a quick trip to LA were just some of the highlights!!!

I asked for mine to just be signed so we will see if DH has decided to ad-lib!

Some colours have been repeated - its 20 dots across, 21 down - my head starts to fry when I attempt to count the different colours!

The "rules" of a spot print/painting afaik are
1. No two colours are the same
2. Each spot must be the same size
3. Each spot must be the same distance apart from other spots

Pretty sure the same colour can't be repeated at all in the same piece- certainly for the paintings anyway

He has a painting in making with a million dots I think it is. I don't believe there is going to be one million different colors.

A plasma tv can do 16million!

No doubt there will be a lot of similar colours but apparently they are all different;

I think it some repetition on the bigger prints and canvases. But we can agree that it's a massive print and if it is 420 different colors I want it even more.

Fair enough but this line is in the link you posted!!

Someone here can tell us for definite but either way there is an enormous amount of time effort and skill gone into these prints. Would have been so easy for him to churn out a small woodblock like those in Manifold this year
