IMHO Silky and Freerange both get so much abuse here. I may not agree with somethings they say and do, but I can also recognize that they both make this forum.

What do you expect from a free forum? Silky does the work, he should be able to make the rules. No one is stopping you from starting your own forum.

Freerange speaks his mind and makes for some interesting threads. He has given away his prints he answers questions, what more do you want? If you don't like his art or what he has to say then ignore him. What's the problem? It is a free forum!

I love this place. I have learned a lot. I check in multiple times everyday. I love the debate. Are there things that I would like to be different? Sure, but I'm not doing the work so i'm not going to complain.

So my suggestion to everyone getting upset by other people on the forum is relax. Life is good if you have time to be on the forum. Don't sweat the small stuff.

On a side note, the people who have received prints on here probably wont admit to it - i mean i wouldnt. BUT thats not to say that this place is the center of the art crtitique. Im just willing to stand up and defend things. If people like dface and nick walker or banksy got defensive about stuff it would end up in the same situation. Its not within your rights to accuse people then not expect a response.

I know there have been customers. I was one.

My point was that on a thread relating to a new print and its release etc then negative posts would normally relate to poor packaging of print, poor quality, poor service, non-receipt etc I cant remember any such post as my memory of this thread is clouded by constant personal attacks - not print comments.

I was happy with the print. Positive remark number 1.

from what i can see. there has been 3 JBOY prints on ebay. 1 more got to a huge sum of £51. How much are you hoping to get from him once he is back from the cleaners? as you have said that you bid just to gain his address (which is illegally obtaining personal information)

Also the seller is out of a sale and probably minus money because of ebay fees, so has made a profit of nothing at best and more than likely a loss.

they are pictures taken by me. the image from the brp is a screen grab and not a photo taken directly by someone and the dont panic poster is not a photo, its a scan which i did

i dont expect photos ive taken to be used in auctions. end of story and the law would side with that. if you want to argue that then go ahead but i can send you to several places where you can educate yourself.

websites and their contents are still copyrighted so its the same difference ( I thought you would know that as you appear to be very up on copyright law) and as for the dont panic image.....I am guessing you have a large format scanner and an unfolded poster to scan?

Just wondering can you still get petrol for those Zippo lighters? i found an old one here when i was rummaging and it sparks but obviously no fuel in it, used to have it at handyman shops etc..

The buyer has no history in buying or selling any art and the first thing she dips her toes in to and buys is a jboy print. Yeah ok like that doesnt smell like Billingsgate market on a monday morning. One blessing to come out of this is any newbies reading this forum for the first time will steer clear of this chump.

Only a handful of people actually are from forums. Plus the people that do buy stuff get a first class service.. Not that you will ever find out! And yes it's all above board with mr tax. Now is there any other area you would like to bring up to make it look like this is all some sort of scam, or can we just get on with stuff now.
