Seems a very similar situation to when you were selling the neate street pieces and got caught so pretended they were for charity afterwards.

ok, then you would want detective ian lawson who i have dealt with recently in the banksy fraud case who I have been helping. he will just laugh in your face to be honest. I cant even prove something involving fraud has gone, as there is none. if you can prove it then i would also be interested

typical radiculous friday night drunk forum. to be honest im getting sick of the taunts and threats on this forum. i have sent so many people free stuff lately and always contributed to stuff but it all gets chucked back by the ill informed and pure bitter people that think they own places like this. Yes i agree for £77 it seems pretty pointless and wasting police time but if people had acted sooner with verbal and jetset people might not of loss so much money.
Its always worth an email.

she bought a sold out print what wasn't sold out as it was being sold by the artist.
No mention in the auction about you being the artist only than it was sold out.

erm. the A/P's were sold out. The normal run was not sold out. All someone had to do was go to our site and buy one at the time. Thats the first thing i would do is go check if it actually had sold out??? surely.

if i remember correctly i ticked self representing artist at the top of the listing, if i didnt then its an oversite. I mean she knew it was from us as she paid JBOY prints on paypal

also i dont get why everyone is making a big deal out of it, if you look on the playgirl thread someone already pointed out that it was on ebay and then i said it was us, infact they did it on several places on the forum i think. and if thats wrong, at that to the list of frauds and report it if you like.

Comparing this to jetset etc is ridiculous. There is no comparison from what ive read now and in the past. I believe you are wasting police time. So if you are admitting that you are then couldnt you get charged with wasting police time? Does anyone have an email? See - easy isnt it. The guy has explained his case on numerous occasions. By all means keep an eye on him if thats what you like to do but its getting tedious reading acqusations and jboy defending himself. There are now thousands of views of this thread and countless posts bitching. Not one of these posts have been from upset jboy customers? Says alot. Especially, if you are comparing it to Jetset.

On a side note, the people who have received prints on here probably wont admit to it - i mean i wouldnt. BUT thats not to say that this place is the center of the art crtitique. Im just willing to stand up and defend things. If people like dface and nick walker or banksy got defensive about stuff it would end up in the same situation. Its not within your rights to accuse people then not expect a response.
