Im just curious, where does eine get the idea that his stuff is valued @ £1750 not forgetting VAT is included.

WE'RE GOING INTO DEEP HARD TIMES, RECESSION IS UPON US IF NOT ALREADY HERE.

I love eines work but FFS even if they were @ £1000 a canvass this still would be priced a tad high.

Some of these artist need to wake up and relise they are not on the magic carpet where just because they do urban art they can command an extremerly high premium

WOW! Eine has done it again, but this time he has put the letters over circles! Is there no end to this man's talent. Wouldn't it be really cool if he put the alphabet over other different shapes i.e. triangles, rectangles etc. As long as he doesn't go too mad and put out a piece that started with a 'Z' and ended with an 'A' that would be too much for me. Plus it wouldn't fit in with all of the other alphabet pieces he has done. He has inspired me to do my own Eine inspired piece F U C K R I G H T O F F E I N E

In fairness Silky, times HAVE changed and few or any Galleries are reflecting this with prices.Something that has not gone unnoticed amongst serious collectors imo

In fariness I've been involved in this scene for a good number of years and yes Eine has done alot in the east end and is known for that, BUT an edition of 10 for this price, in comparison to a year and a half ago when the market was at its peak would have cost a dman site less and I would say in light of the economic climate and the fact Eine has not trailblazed in that year and a half is enough reason not to be greedy

So the question is, are there 10 Eine fans who like this canvas with £1750 spare to blow on one?

Only time will tell.

What I don't understand is why he has chosen to use Arial (a terrible Microsoft ripoff of Helvetica) for this canvas. Even if I had the dosh spare I wouldn't buy one on principle!

Vandals on concrete was an edition of 10 and that was £1750 + vat and that was what two years ago and sold out, so i think the pricing is fair on this.
