Different opinion when you have a vested interest in the sales lot!ssh you are spoiling the hard earned hype, took months Of hard graft and promotion to reach this stage.
After all that has gone on with this auction house and the calamity in the previous threads would of thought would of used a different auction house To list the final goal?even if reaches a truly amazing price, would it be believed coming from this auction house ?

Who cares if there are "great items" when you have to deal with a shady business for a chance at them. A business that has shown they don't care whether or not their lots are legit or not.

They cannot be authenticated, the Haring foundation have disbanded and do not authenticate anything any longer. Many on this forum have pointed out they look very much like the work of a notorious faker from Sweden, so all I can say is buyer beware. |

The premium is actually 30% = 25% + VAT then add up to 4% ARR on top, which is all standard.

You can't compare the sale of an original work as a charity sale, with unquestionable provenance from a top-tier auction house to unathenticated (GDP) items sold by a fliy-by-night operation that willingly takes in fakes and discredits themselves to earn money on fees. Morever, the presence of an extreme outlier in the distribution of sales doesn't mean that the entire distribution is going to shift in that direction. |
