A gift print not selling in auction almost makes sense :
- For speculators they are too uncertain
- For first time buyers you wouldn't go for a non PC-able print
- They really only make sense if you already have a large Banksy collection and fancy adding some curio / novelty. In which case you can buy cheaper than at an auction I think

I think it's in just as much danger of being faked as the Monkey Parliament. In the case of the dedicated rat someone can get hold of a normal GDP rat and draw a red circle around it in biro.
