Just wondering why prices of Richter are dropping <£8k now on secondary ( latest Phillip www.phillips.com/auctions/auction/UK030124) good moment to buy?

Because Hirst and Heni and commoditised the Dibond market with crap releases and these Richter's are not even signed so were always over priced and now coming to true level of sub 10k.

Possibly, but too be fair Heni had 2 Dibond Richter releases since 2018 with P19 being one of the Richter's more important works.
Now he signed by Hauser and Wirth, these Dibond might stop.
PS. P18 is actually on paper that is glued to a aluminium, so no glare.

That price was an absolute bargain; all prices are down a lot - and that's the reason these are aswell. Once the economy is getting better, and the art market is rebounding, i'm sure these will go back up again.

DZ was selling only Pamul individually - or packaging it with Rocyn, so if you wanted Rocyn you had to buy Pamul too.  The museum was selling Rocyn separately but were sold out before Christmas.  I wonder if Pamul is still around ...

We are also all aware these were selling for £30k+ during lockdown / the markets boom period.

I didn't buy at release and paid more than your link below, 1.5 years ago, so hoping to get back what I put in due to a change in circumstances but well aware the market isn't what it was a few years back.

Actually I am not sure that it is. Another sold at Artnet a few months ag, I thin, for a bit less. I would however need someone with a subscription to Artnet to check that. You don’t have a chance of even getting back what you paid, but best of luck.

Already received a couple of offers £10k plus so perhaps the market is picking back up slightly in the last 6 months. Will wait a couple of days to allow people to see the post and then get back to everyone.
