They are many colors. Mostly orange but it's quite possible they will be stitched with whatever is available which I think would be nice.

They shipped out my cushions extremely fast, from order to expected delivery in 4 days across the pond.  Unfortunately they shipped them to the wrong address and I haven't been able to get them to respond to me so I've been trying to work with DHL to change the address before they're delivered to a parking lot on the other side of town. Fun times!

Yep, US based. I managed to sort out the shipping address w/ DHL so I think we're in good shape.  I get that they're a small organization with a lot of irons in the fire, but I emailed them literally 3 minutes after my order was placed to help fix the address and didn't hear anything back.  Not going to lose sleep over it, it's a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, and to their credit they ship fast and have an excellent mission.

The cushions from LW just landed and my staff could literally not be happier to receive these for xmas.  Out of all the random crap I could have bought them none of it would have had 1/100th of the meaning that these do.  Plus, the quality is extraordinary - well constructed, very soft, and awesome colors.  Hap tip to the crew at LW for the speedy shipping (I ordered from the US on Tuesday!) and the heartfelt mission.

This week I visited the work to ensure everything is on track and one of the women said to me “We feel so proud to be working on this project and we just want to say thank you to everyone who has bought a mat. I love this work and it gives me a daily routine in the camp and support for my family”.

My money is on those mats going to the labels, not the other way around but we'll see.

For all we know, there was very little time between first contact and the green light in an attempt to prevent the chance of information leakage. 

Again, it's all just speculation.

I'm really looking forward to receiving mine, but am more than happy to wait as long as it takes.  I'm sure those who have anxious buyers on eBay bugging them for shipping info may not be as patient...

Even if they’re impatient , it will either end up being unlimited and buyer will cancel or special or limited and the seller will cancel. Speculation on this is certainly key as nobody really knows what to expect.

I don't know why it's so hard for people to believe this but if you look at the timeline in the context of the copyright filings it's clear they had, at best, 6 months to create and launch the store. I'd argue it was closer to three months. It really was spurred on by the copyright challenge. When all of the first round of GDP items land I think that will be even clearer to everyone.

Also, F® makes the very wise point that people need to be paid. It looks like the money for LW and the mats has been kept separated from the rest of the proceeds which would mean they'd need to fund the workers out of their accounts. They seem like a small operation so I can't imagine there was a bunch of money there to begin with to start manufacturing ahead of time.

With your support we have been able to recruit 10 more women in the refugee camp to work with us at Love Welcomes and produce the mats.

Where did you see this?  

It was in the email from 10/22/19 last year towards the bottom. 

I have a feeling if a second round goes live at GDP, this will be at the same time for an additional 500.

Inknart - got it thanks for the info.  Seeing as though the first round of 500 have yet to ship, I would agree with you that these are going to end up being more limited than not.  For better or worse, it's obviously slow going on these. From time to time I remember that I've got this thing coming my way, and it always makes me a little giddy to think about this mat eventually landing.
