Nobody is warring over the Retna OG's, the Stik canvas is sitting there without a bid, and I wouldn't be surprised to see Kaws Ankle Bracelet be the first Kaws print I can remember hammering for over $50k. As for Brainwash, I agree, the prints aren't performing for squat, but his canvas is still creeping up towards $10k and well above the low estimate. Can't imagine wanting that piece, but there's still a market for his originals. Its weird to see some of it. Is that the joy of a mass ofstuff though i wonder. The smallest one from the Dallas show last year was $2k and it appears that is still bigger than the one sold at the auction.
