Sotheby's Art Auctions β’ NEW YORK πΊπ², by gimmeabreak on Oct 21, 2020 19:55:17 GMT 1, The inclusion of the Hirst element used to work for the piece and now works against it. The strength of the piece depends on the strength of Hirst's market, which is a weakness for the piece compared to other Banksy originals.

Sotheby's Art Auctions β’ NEW YORK πΊπ², by streetartger on Oct 29, 2020 9:25:00 GMT 1, Now that's special. Concours? Thanks. All original, using oem/original parts, which have recently become very scarce. The only thing Iβm questioning is the chrome trim around the wheel wells. Iβve seen 68βs with it and without it. Doing some research on whether it was a factory option. If not, theyβll be coming off. I own a 1970 Mercedes 280SL... the Chrome Trim around the wheel wells is DEFINITELY not original. There are also more aspects on your car that are NOT original. Since it's a US Version (see the sidemarker) you are missing a) the bumpers on the front and b) the lights are not correct, they look different with the US versions. Looks like someone tried to make it look more "European" - but of course the sidemarkers are the biggest and most expensive part to change.

Mostly because there is nothing about this print that says 'Banksy'. There are no iconic or otherwise usual Banksy elements to it. It could have been cobbled together by anybody.

Sotheby's Art Auctions β’ NEW YORK πΊπ², by Winchester on May 13, 2021 8:14:20 GMT 1, Below on the left is the run of 15 from 2006 - on the right is the 2006 that sold last night at sothebys. There is clear differences.
I also think they would have put in the listing if it was one of the 15.
