I just couldn't pull the trigger in the end. I would just know for a fact its not genuine and that would bug me.

broke down and got a few of these knockoffs to see what the quality was like and cuz i'm not willing to pay the going rate for the real ones.

have to say the quality of the LIITA and BME are very good indeed. compared them to the early Banksy prints i got from POW and i couldn't notice any real difference. funny thing is these copies actually cost 5-10 Pounds more than the real, unsigned prints i bought from POW.

i'll feel better about supporting the "West Country Prince" if he has some actual connection to POW and/or Banksy, but have to give him/her credit for the quality.

really, ,no -one is saying these are the real thing and their merits and drawbacks are fully discussed , surely this is the ideal forum for that,
the only people who buy these are people who are going to frame and hang them and good luck to them -including myself better on walls than in folios or tubes awaiting a future pay day

Considering how Banksy doesn't really care much about protecting his work, I shudder to think how much money has been made, overall, out of all the Banksy tat.
