I think it's a positive thing for them to take their time and make sure it's sorted properly rather than just mass refund.

Following the system and payment difficulties that we experienced during yesterdays release of Conor Harrington's new print, The Unveiling, I just wanted to update you as I am aware that some customers encountered problems and have not received confirmation of their orders.

We are having to manually work through all customers orders so please bare with us while we do so. As soon as I have any more information I will be in contact with you.

Wow, I just checked by bank statement and I was charged SIX times for this print. To The Outsiders' credit I can see that they applied the credit back to my account five times before any money was taken out and I'm quite happy with that.

Looks like the color balance was off too. The bumped up the yellow to make it look more warm. Not sure why the messed with it.

Yeah, once someone had posted the comparison photos between the Conor IG image and the Outsiders one, it just sat uncomfortably with me and the colours became my primary focal point... not the aim. Hopefully I can pick one up on the secondary. If not, there'll always be another print...

I had a total of 6 charges to my card, 5 were refunded. While I did receive a confirmation on the day of the drop, I was sent another confirmation on Sept. 20th. So I'm hoping that means I'm good to go.

Told on Saturday that a refund had been arranged by a very helpful manager. Well done to the lucky ones, it looks like a great print. I'm just pleased to be getting my money back though.
