But I or Adam never jumped onthe board with no wheels and then asked him to sign it. This has really cheered me up on a day when a divorce has been proposed by my wife.

No I haven't fallen out with him, its just he could have asked me and I would have said no way. You don't get things personalised and then sell them . Elms have been great to me with getting stuff personalised by Adam and there couldn't be a bigger fan out there than me.
I've phoned him and ask him to remove it, all be it by voice mail.
I know it isn't going to sell for the asking price. But I'd rather burnjust let my kids who are now old enough to skate on it.

Doubt it's worth much, unless a die hard skater/art fan shares the same name... such a shame to test your relationship by doing this.
You can take some comfort in the fact that it would never sell at that price anyway.
