i am thinking of adding this beauty to the next street art sale mid-february at artcurial in paris.
they gave me an estimate between 30-40 k euros.
i will let it go for 27k in anyone interested.

Therefore you will be best positioned to know what its true value is?
IMO it's too high but I am not a Shep expert on prices.
If the auction house sells it for 30k I guess you would lose roughly 20-25% in Commissions then tax and the French equivalent of VAT?
So your 'asking price' of 27k is not a "fair deal" for a collector on the forum. You should be offering it for 24k to get back the same amount. Or, to help out a forum member an asking price of 22-23k might be fairer?
Personally, if you can get 20k for it (in a recession) in a quick private deal then I would have thought that be good for both you and the buyer?
I presume you have offered it on "The Giant" forum where there are far more knowledgeable collectors. Or maybe you know that and thought you would get a better offer on here?

Some of the biggest pieces at his V1 show were about $35,000, and they looked like they had a lot more work in them than this.
