It's beautiful, Chief. Took inspiration from your framing and had mine done by MFM in black gilt with a cream insert. Haven't had the courage to post yet but should share I guess.

This is mad really, I wouldn't be happy paying £3000 for this because of the edition size, yet ridiculusly I would consider paying£13000 for a signed one. I can't get my head around unsigned banksy prices, I think the HMV & barcode on eBay are equal to this, & they are half the price. Good luck with the sale.

mate dont be a knob end. The price of art is all relative, what on sale here at 4k cost literally a fiver to make. Its not like Banksy printed these himself. What Im asking is the difference in paper and quality. Im not looking at taking a reproduction to the antiques road show in 2040. Get a grip ffs.

jones27 there is a huge thread about the reproduction prints by The West Country Prince on here, can't post a link as I'm using my phone but a lot of the more recent posts are discussing the quality etc , by all accounts the Rats he's done are great not sure that the GWB have been posted out yet.
Remember though it is only a copy and when its on your wall you will deep down always know that's all it is. cnh

My GWB from WCP is excellent although I must admit I have never owned an original to compare, won't be getting framed as I have no room to display it, would be a little ironic to take down a signed Banksy to make room for this but at £55 for me it was too good to miss, maybe one day it will hit the wall.

i think he was asking if there is any physical difference between the two probably in the wrong section
But i have to say there are differences between a fake rolex and a real one eg rolex movement and precise engineering etc same with a BMW but with a screen printed piece of paper?
Also interesting point about investment though is that the real reason we cherish our og Banksys

The diffeerence is that the productions are not and were not made with the same message by the artist, they are soley reproduced to produce a profit for the seller.

plain and simple. you can not justify a fake one next to an authentic one. it just doesnt make any sense unless its done for security purposes like, hanging it in the bathroom to wipe your arse with it because you already own the original print.

So by your logic - there is no difference between the Mona Lisa hanging in the Louvre and one you can buy from the gift shop? Or a better example might be a Warhol. The first Soup Can Warhol ever screened is just as valuable and desirable as one printed by Sunday Morning a month ago? Come on now. Who are you trying to fool?

As for investment - "interesting"? How about "factual". Why is it the For Sale section has the most popular discussions on here? Why is it people pay attention to what Bonhams or Christies is doing? Why are people standing in line in the freezing cold to get a print?

It is because of love? I'm sure to a degree.
