It is JP and a good size at 12"x9". This is far bigger than the ones he has been selling off his website the last few years most of which are just collages. This one is a mixed media work.

I took this in a trade and first sensible offer gets it, just like the first offer I got on the Peace Elephant.

Have only just noticed this rule! , does that mean a person cannot advertise anything on here which is also on ebay?, ever ?, what about if a simultaneous sale is advertised though with no mention of the ebay sale? is that ok?.

We just want to cut down the number of threads and bumps we get in the sales board, as its making it so people honestly trying to sell a piece direct on the forum are in a continuous battle with people promoting pieces on ebay.

I'm still not sure I see the point of that rule though Do sellers now have to decide between the forum and eBay. Can we list things on auction saboteur as well?

I think is a pretty good rule and if everybody adheres to it (including myself) and we have no Ebay links then the 100 posts section will be less cluttered with sales.

If you go down through the sales section a significant proportion are Ebay related. No need to bump them all with this message as that might defeat the purpose of the reminder.

The Obey forum has a no bump rule for all sales threads until 1 month has elapsed. I quite like that one.

I agree with that, and Silky's point about bumping so I partly retract my comment, but not sure about the 'if you have it for sale on eBay, you can't list it on here'. It's Silky's forum though so I will try and play by the rules

I'm not a fan of the way they do things on Obey. It is too restrictive and I love reading the feedback from others. Sure sometimes things get out of hand, but most threads are respectful some members add very important insight about the items for sale and the sellers.

Kiodrobot is similar, they also have a rule saying images of sales and a price must be posted
