Hmmm  I live nearby and I have never really come across much 
The Consortium is right in the center of the town, and is worth a look  I think they still have a couple of old POW prints up on the wall for sale ;D last time I looked they had a Faile print in the sale going for less than the original POW price 
Its a clothes shop really but they do have a good range of Obey T-shirts, Hats and Hoodys ;D

Bournemouth galleries?, by becksaboo on Jul 17, 2007 19:10:06 GMT 1, as im bournemouth born and bred, i can safely say it's def not famous for its art galleries but it is for stag and hen dos! if you want to go where loads of pissed 16-18-year-olds are, then head down the strip where elements is otherwise thousands postcard place is quite good (near bic) and the wetherspoons in the centre is actually quite good as everywhere else is tourist prices for drinks.
Banksy wise- he did a few stencils by the pier- you could check to see if they're still there.
