i bought a Dface off ebay, and the seller sent it to the wrong address, and chased up the post office, who took ages, and then gave him a check for the mighty sum of £34

i tried to claim back through paypal but it has been over 45 days, does any1 know if there is any way i can claim it back as on the resolution center it says no

What you need to do is request a 'charge back' from your credit card company. The issue will be who's fault it was for sending the print to the wrong address.

Paypal have a chargeback service aswell - thing is your credit card company can communicate with paypal for you.

he sent it 2 my uni address, not my home address - which i put as the delivery, and my uni sent it 2 royal mail sorting office in belfast, who thought it was a poster and destroyed it

in the end we've agree'd that i will get half my money back, which is gd considering it was after the 45 days, and might have got none

He paid througha debit card & its too late for a paypal chargeback..
