Its definately not Banksy, I forget who the artist is now.

Aimed at lazy journo's whilst trying to highlight that graff is global as are it's artists. Just because it's percieved as trendy (Fashion out weighing art) If whover did article took his/her blinkers off they might enlighten their readership to the fact that there is top class, thought provoking graff all over the UK. That was my point
