The print was imported from Canada so an import fee was paid when it entered the UK. Bought direct from wrongwroks

No worries, i dont think this has anything to do with you personally, i just mentioned you as you were the guys that sold it first. i must stress that THIS WAS BOUGHT DIRECT FROM WRONGWROKS AND NOT FROM HARDCANVAS. My print arrived in great condition and i am sorry to hear of any bad experiences, the only experience i have had with wrongwroks has been good.
