grafter and r1, by Grafter on Jul 15, 2008 23:07:15 GMT 1, If the gallery had hung all the work I gave them instead of keeping it locked out the back for the "Special People" I may well have considered it... As it stood I had no intention of being a performing monkey.

In my eyes, you’ve just become a legend. I am so sick and tired of most galleries hyping, selling back door to mates and realising only a very small or non-egsistant amount of edition prints on line. They must take us all for fools... Well done for doing (or not doing) this. A+

grafter and r1, by r1 on Jul 16, 2008 16:05:55 GMT 1, thanks for all the comments so far.
Yesterday at 9:55pm, jeepers wrote: What's wrong with painting outside? The japanese tourist chicks f**kin love it I tells ya.
...What Grafter said and because i didn't want people photographing my face and putting it on the internet and didn't particularly want to give the gallery 50% of anything that might sell even if it was painted outside the gallery so we just got up and left stuff free to a good home instead.

Would love to know how long these lasted in their positions! Anyon know if they've all gone yet? You should do this again (but in Edinburgh ;-) ) and set up a hidden camera to capture who takes them and how long they last. Fly on the wall stuff! Well done guys...keep it coming...
