Price check: Adam Neate OG, by Zippy on Apr 24, 2011 21:10:10 GMT 1, I have a lovely Adam Neate original. It is a pizza box from the edition of 100 he produced for the Graffiti World book launch.
At Bonhams a few years ago one sold for over ยฃ10k and I also remember one (not a good example) on ebay 6-9 months ago for ยฃ1k - 1.5k (?).
Like most artists, image is everything and IMO mine is one the best from this edition.
Does anyone have any idea of value? Any thoughts on prices?

Price check: Adam Neate OG, by Deleted on Apr 24, 2011 21:15:50 GMT 1, there was a bit of a boring one on the bay for some time for 1000 gbp.. i think with the pizza boxes it all depends on the image. nice ones up to 2500-3000 gbp and the lesser ones dont sell for 1000..

I think one of these could have comfortably fetched 2.5-3k 2 years ago, but today?, you can knock a grand off for starters, there was a bit of a pump and dump thing going on with these boxes a few years back - you could have made a decent return on them, but, I think you have held on to it too long Zippy, that boat has long sailed....

I don't think Zippy has held onto it to long at all. If your looking at your collection and thinking well thats never going to be worth any more, so you sell at that point all the time. You'll end up regreting an awful lot or your in it for different reasons to me for sure.
No Doubt this would have been worth more a few years ago.
But Adam Neate has gone from strength to superhero in my eyes. Who knows where his work will end up, he's capable of lifting the sun back into the sky in my eyes, but these cardboard works could even end up just being recycled in 100 years or mores time. But in the mean time, lets just enjoy having such a talent around. I'd have it off you in a flash Zippy if I had the splash.

I have had it framed and hanging on our walls for a few years and due to a few special pieces I have coming, i was wondering what it is worth in case i need to sell it.
