Yep,i agree Jon,but when you keep the client waiting over a month with no communication from your end and me having to send various emails asking what has happened to the print and getting one back telling me that 'it's on the way' and then after waiting 2 more weeks and still no print .Then, i have to go to the bother of getting a Paypal charge-back to my account.
To this date i still have'nt had an aplogogy - poor customer service all the way.

Not answering the constructive alternatives offered also doesn't help your case. "POA is really dealing with hype monsters. The scene grew so quick. prices kept moving" - So the scene is still moving that fast that you can't put prices up in public? hence 'was' The fact is that POA only helps the galleries respond to price increases and is part of the hype in itself. Unless a gallery subscribes to the aforementioned system of % commission, it only helps them pocket the difference. As for the Conor, was just being helpful pointing out a possible glitch, although it may help if you mentioned that they were only prints.

Not a good way of doing buisness imo..put your cards on the table lot more fair to the buyer i.e repeat custom.

Last conversation was that there were in the circa £2k - £2.2k range, which is where I was thinking, but wanted to get a feel for current thinking, as prices definitely seem to be cooling a little post-oscars hype.

It is an original and was bought directly from a Banksy sale at Tate Modern in 2003.
I have had it framed and am in the process of obtaining a COA from Pest Control.
It is £1500
