It is shameless and embarrassing copying. In fairness to Insa, however, he has been pretty open in interviews about Bellmer's influence β unlike Ace, who continues to be disingenuous if not deceitful about ripping off Bast.
The influence of Bellmer is also clear when looking at the work of Sarah Lucas and the Chapman brothers.

I have put together a massive stack of goodies, things saved from last years releases, a lot now impossible to get hold of.
