re-framing some of the collection today, just finished doing this one.

Posted these elsewhere so thought I aught to add them here!

The frame is two sheets polycarbonate, bevelled and clamped together with m/f screws, f**king heavy but looks the bizz!!

Can any of you help?
I Spotted a signed and numbered Jamie Reid Portfolio in the newly re-opened tom-tom/artrepublic gallery but wanted to know a bit more about this release but I have had trouble finding any info on the net.

Also...
if you know where it originally went on sale etc it'd be greatly appreciated?

Although it's not a portfolio though as described to me but i see why they said that.

The Suburban Press Poster Book
The poster book was originally published in 1975 and was made up of 21 offset lithograph prints with a cover printed on yellow card. This 21st century copy contains all the original images laser printed onto A3 recycled paper, orange card cover and hand stamped wrap around band... Each print is embossed with a May Day 2007 seal and each set is numbered on the title page. Edition of 150 of which 50 are signed by Jamie Reid and housed in a silver archival box with embossed black titles. The other 100 are numbered and packed in brown paper with the titles hand stamped on the front.

They have two versions of swastica eyes (recycled) for sale at the mo - a pop edition for £30 and a signed edition for £250.

No one will be able to say for certain whether Jamie Reid prices will or will not increase. Though my uninformed opinion is that Reid is a safer bet than most of the artists discussed on this board. His artwork literally defined an entire era of youth culture, he's got a long-standing international reputation and is collected by art fans and musos alike. He has a big fan base. I have no doubt he'll be remembered for years after most of the people we're currently discussing on here are long forgotten.

On the downside, he does churn out the work (including plenty of re-issues) and is pretty happy to sign anything you put in front of him. He's just such a nice guy! That said, if you've got an old rare piece, it's likely to continue to appreciate. No guarantees, of course.
