Well i will as i think there is no need to take yourself so seriously  Its an old image from 2010 meant for the remasters show in brick lane that was never released. It is one of those master paintings you have seen before and that you can pass without looking at, but then you realise. It is a very small edition of a wall friendly image, well printed, hand painted and something which makes you smile.

If you want drips, bombs, guns, dancers, star wars, weird collages or things using superheroes then this is not for you. I think if you dont get what these prints are about by now then you never will. As far as i know there is more to come so no need to get wound up about it. Enjoy the sunny day if in the uk!

Loathed as I am to bump this thread I would say that Paco Pomet's is significantly better in terms of execution, composition and delivery from not just a technical perspective in that its a painting by Paco but in terms of the message its conveying. The substitution/addition of two comic characters has relevance to the original subject matter and the message being conveyed. At the very least it makes you try to understand the thought process behind the artists work.

FR - Yer he does.But his body of work extends well beyond that.I look forward to seeing all of his new works.They just have a feeling to them that for me is the essence of his work.
