To be fair this isn't that bad at all; and if you miss out on the banksy then you could have a pop at this for forty quid. Yes you could print it yourself if you have access to some serious equip and decent paper and could be arsed.

Interesting point on copyright though and there are defences to possible infringement. Here's a nice article on it

As the work is permanently in a public place...maybe.. if jboy took his own photo of it and adapted it... maybe....
