Also i would like to think these are making walls, the point of them was not to flip hence why they are reasonably priced. I just want to draw a line under the ebay argument as i read on another forum that someone claims it was us putting them on ebay.
i can categorically say its nothing to do with us. BUT we probably will probably try to make it as hard for the seller as possible though if its someone who has taken the piss.
The print that finished the other day was won by us, do not take the ยฃ51 on that one as the realistic price. We dont care how much they go for. We won the item to find out the seller then reported them for using our images and then made sure their name and address was removed from doing it again.

I have seen that thread on the banksys forum and whoever that person is should really stop posting.
Alot goes on with legalities which people dont know about, just wanted to lay down the truth. if people think thats wrong - well - thats how things work. We do not shill or push up 'prices'. If we did, we would have made sure it went for more than ยฃ51 as it cost ยฃ45 in the first place

all we are talking about here is general artistic licence on photographs. Would you not be annoyed if someone used a photo of you in a listing to sell something? of course you would, or something you owned in a photo with them trying to sell it... of course you would.
Its not just a matter of pissing someone off, we are allowed to retain what belongs to us legally. We are not throwing 'weight around'. This happens every day with companies using photos and stock images that do not belong to them on advertising and in the media. Its a very common thing, its just people normally let it go. We are making an example out of this to put to bed some silly rumours of shilling or us selling on ebay and nothing more.
