I was there from 2oo5-2oo9 (Jan) and didn't realize they were planning 10 more years! It has to be connecting the new subway lines, no?

Yes, its about the tubes they are making! Its all one big fiasco! half of amsterdam in now sinking haha.. And the total project will take about 16 years.
