Obey Strummer UP, by jackstranger on Jun 4, 2010 0:08:26 GMT 1, On top of the fees... this delivery was a joke... I was tracking it on their webpage and:
1. The tube got a wrong route inside the Ontario warehouse, so it took 3 days to get out of there;
2. The idiot that was delivering reported nobody home in the first day but left no message in my mail box. The second day I did not get out of the house for a second and suddenly I do a refresh in the tracking page around 4PM and I see... 'nobody home for the second time'... I called them again (a paying number) and one hour later the guy appeared. I asked him what was happening and.. huh ergh hum... no real a reply.
Later I received an email confirming the delivery... guess what... this new message stated a similar but not my address... the idiot went to a parallel street with similar name for two times.
My address was correct in the packet and with Obey and also everytime I called them they always said my right address.
Fantastic service... Really a pleasure to work with...
