I dont know what the price will be yet, I won't know until its done and whether it makes me go PHWOOOAH when I see it... its going to be an edition of 50 only...
"An A1 4 colour process screenprint with spot varnish on black plike paper of the DEATH PLANET, a deep space battle station measuring 7,926.41 miles in diameter outfitted with intercontinental nuclear and biological warheads, turbolasers, tractor beams and a superlaser which has the ability to annihilate planets and civilisations."

I didn't buy any of those mentioned prints because I thought they were shit and it was more Star Wars followed by more Star Wars.
I think it's safe to say Evilz will move onto another subject after this.
Mind you, I wouldn't mind seeing a bunny in a Tie Fighter!!

I have nothing against Star Wars imagery - in fact, the Eelus Shat-at and Wotulookin-at are two of my favourite stencil images of the last few years.
Evil's death planet looks very well executed; particularly, as he apparently cut this by hand old school style. However, I don't think the image is that fresh - I reckon a bit of a google search would throw up a few very similar designs already out there. But then, is there ever such a thing as a completely new idea in art?

Things that make you go hmmmm.... yeah i know, i know, STAR WARS stuff has been done to death and after Eelus' At-at girl it has been pretty rubbish... BUT i'm doing this because I think this makes a statement about how other civilisations might see us as warlike, almost like Darth Vaders mob were seen in the film. When I was WELL into UFO's back when I was living in California and doing a lot of weapons grade psychedelics and listening to a lot of techno in the 90's I found out about this story ... " So many people were seeing and reading about UFOs that it could only be a matter of time before someone claimed to meet their occupants, and this dubious honour was bestowed on the colourful "Professor" George Adamski. A Polish immigrant, Adamski had tried it all as a soldier, sign painter, factory worker, successful bootlegger during Prohibition , leader of The Royal Order of Tibet (a 1930's Californian religious group) and failed science fiction author (Pioneers of Space, 1949). But it was his November 20, 1952 meeting with a visitor from Venus that drew him world-wide attention, including a meeting with the Queen of the Netherlands, and, according to his supporters, a secret reception with Pope John XXIII, who died two days later. The meeting with the alien took place in the California desert; Adamski ventured out alone with a camera and telescope after seeing a cigar shaped "mothership" whilst saucer spotting with friends. He then noticed a strange looking man in a ravine: The men communicated through telepathy and sign language. Adamski learnt that he was from Venus; he had come to warn man that he must stop his warlike ways and that his nuclear weapons were a threat to universal harmony. woooooo "nuclear experiments for warlike purposes must be stopped... you are threatening the equilibrium of the universe" PLUS ** I was an extra in STAR WARS and I appear in the last 20 seconds dancing with Eewoks in endor (see pic) and I appear in a crowd on the roof of the Cantina "an evil hive of scum and villainy" .. which gives me a George Lucas given right to use the DEATH STAR II in my artwork if I want , so long as I make it bloody good. I promise I will never touch STAR WARS imagery again after this.
