any tips for a first time buyer for a fairey print??

presuming i will need a credit card (no use of switch/maestro being a US site) and will it sell out in 10 seconds flat or will it be case of refresh for hours? missed the deborah harry one and would really like this ali print, would look ace in my hallway!

iain you can buy with paypal! I think it will be sold out in 10 sec or so :s, but not that experienced too.. in buying shep..

yes, you can pay via PayPal - best option. If you try to pay via cc - your chances of getting one significantly decreases (too many clicks to complete the transaction)....

cheers boaty, i am gonna put some stickers in my basket and maybe one of the un-numbered giant posters and save on postage from the US. but i think i have two chances of gettnig one of these Ali prints

his 1st ali print is much better. he looked like the charismatic, healthy, confident athlete we all remember and love.
i find this image quite sad really.
it definitley doesnt catch him in the light he deserves. he looks depressed and ill so not sure he'd be particularly chuffed with this.

I think him being shown as a shadow of his former self is the whole point isn't it? All legends fade, we all grow old, eventually we all disappear into the shadows.

Looking closer there are references to the vietnam war on it, maybe its a message on America as a whole, in line with his mayday show?

Ali was very famous for his stance on the Vietnam war, which caused him to be banned from boxing - the position he took is quite historic....
