I'd be surprised if you could find one for under £8k. I'm not aware of any changing hands lately but IMO that's a fair ball park figure for one in decent condition with a COA.

I had bid on this piece over the Internet... However, my understanding is that in person, this print was *not* in mint condition. Yellowing paper and some other observations were left on the Dewarts thread.

That said, I agree; a mint version would fetch £8K+ if you find a deal on the private market... £10K from gallery.
