Anyone have any thoughts about pros and cons of lending out work for exhibitions like this? I've never done it, but idealistically I believe in doing it.

And yes, I do have something in my possession that I'm sure would be desirable for the exhibition.

If you own a Banksy we want to hear from you. This is an incredibly exciting and comprehensive museum exhibition held in Rome, Italy, this summer from May until September, 2016. Drawn exclusively from private collections, this is a major survey of the work of Banksy organised by the respected Fondazione Roma at their public museum in the heart of Rome, the Palazzo Cipolla. This is a wholly not-for-profit, non-commercial exhibition and the Fondazione Roma have appointed Acoris Andipa as Curator.

What is your position on showing street pieces in this exhibition?

Is it just an Exhibition showing the pieces? or are they being advertised for sale.

Why would anyone risk having their works lost, stolen or damaged ?

Hopefully one has a good insurance policy. A good way to get exposure for unique works I suppose. I'm sure Andipa will get interest and then pivot back to owners Gagosian style.
