i've been to the gallery a few weeks back - most prints were sold on day one, the day i visited.
the gallery were very welcoming and informed me that only signed prints were worth anything at all - the unsigned stuff is over priced and uncollectable!!!!!
anyway, nice little collection, nice little gallery, nice little earner too - flower thrower canvas for £45k - not bad for £500 investment 3 years ago. Happy Choppers sold at £5.5k and WSM was £6.5k. the Kates I recall were £18k and £24k.

How do you know the Flower Thrower sold for 45k? Did they tell you that? When I went down on the first day it had a red dot and no price on it.

no idea it had sold. it hadn't when i was there the 2nd day..... weird. i asked, hence how i was told the price. we spoke english to each other and exchange a few words.

Hi johnas....Thats bizzare you should ask me that now! Im sweating and batting off sawdust from them.... mine are C.E. Quality 5mm hardboard not flimsy card like Banksys.(therefore no stanley knife, but a hacksaw and hours of sanding!!) No wonder a few got damaged beyond release and most of the others have creases or bent wings/legs.
Its proving quite a task if Im honest,not getting as much time as I would like. On the plus side they are looking wicked, scaled the number down from 5 to 3.(effort involved) just need a nice few days to get em sprayed now,almost got stenciling cut. Thanks for asking! In fact, how about posting the work in progress? start a new thread and show us how you're doing it and the process involved. I may be alone in this but I'd love to see the whole story from beginning to end, in a pictorial blog type way ;D

they had the price list up on the ebay forum. the prices were a little *ahem* steep, to say the least. think its acombination of love for art, love for money and love for the money that art can bring.
