Bloomsbury Auctions π¬π§, by DrWhite on Jun 27, 2013 18:08:01 GMT 1, Good price for Grin Reaper, Β£3800. Does the final price include all of the fees? Too bad I missed out. Just what I was thinking I would happily pay Β£3.8k & a bit for a GR - that seller would also have had fees out of the Β£3.8k maybe 10-15%

Bloomsbury Auctions π¬π§, by Poppy Sunshine on Jun 28, 2013 7:05:51 GMT 1, There was a connection issue while the WSM was being auctioned. My bidding button temporarily disappeared or this would definitely have gone higher. They had a few seconds break after this to fix the problem but it didn't stop that one slipping through. I thought they might offer it up again but it looks like they didn't spot the issue in time. One lucky buyer but seriously unfair for the seller.

Bloomsbury Auctions π¬π§, by Deleted on Jun 20, 2014 17:18:32 GMT 1, Prices could be low because auction houses are sometimes dead in July with few buyers.
Banksy ltd edition or Francis Bacon ltd edition for the same price.
Which is the better long term investment?

Bloomsbury Auctions π¬π§, by Dungle on Jul 3, 2014 18:38:00 GMT 1, It was a crazy auction when Banksy came up.
All early stuff Miro's etc struggled, loads unsold.
Banksy comes up and 5 phone bidders, loads of internet bidders and multiple people in the room.
I ended up with nothing. Was relatively close on a couple, but the prices were mental.
