cheers for the comments guys. Good thoughts Harveyn. I've always thought we should attempt one of our productions onto canvas. I've got some 100x 30 x 4cm canvas's at the mo. Maybe i should suggest we pass a few around the crew, all working on a bit each. I reckon we could achieve some interesting results

I got a new original portrait for sale at Hip Art gallery.

I've used a a nice technique on some of the canvas to make parts of it have rich lustre under the light thats not visible on the photo.

The piece is a homage to one of my favourite painters and if you can guess the original piece and artist I've doffed my cap to I'll send you a special prize of some of my artwork.

The answer is contained within the title and the subject matter.

Cheers for the positive words for the piece and my artwork guys.

And you wont get the answer putting the Leanest Alpha into an anagram generator as the answer is a name. The only other clue I'll give is that it is a well known piece by a very well known artist of the last century. Just have a look at the overall feel of the piece and the female contained within as that'll put you on the right course.

And I'll make the prize worthwhile for the one who guesses correctly.
