Been trying all day to update my iphone with the new software but keep getting an error message saying "the iphone cannot be updated at this time because the iphone activation server is temporarily unavailable"......

Anyone else getting this message??

nope, had it months through my housemate who has been testing it...ooooo...since end of feb some time.

the same dude that shuts you all out from the itunes store when something big is going on. that sticky note that appears - he can change that. ;D

hundreds of people have had it for months, you can pay the $250 and become a app devolper, or just download it off bit(Removed)..

i too have my apple guys in my studio, they are rather bad at keeping secrets and dissapear off to america before anything big gets released..

PLug it into your computer, in itunes when your phone is recognised there is an update button. One click all done, super easy for me!

Insurance for phones is a waste of money IMO for what you pay versus a new handset. At least if you loose your iphone now you can locate it with the 'find my iphone' on mobileme. Checked it out this evening, how good is that ;D
