The fact that anyone feels the need to start a thread like this at all is confirmation enough that the banksy prints are more desirable.
I prefer banksy's work to the much hyped mr walker's and honestly would not think about swapping a banksy piece for any one of his pieces.

Seriously though, if you are going to swap for a banksy, get pest control or nothing at all, there is so many people wanting to chav off their bansy's with POW email etc which are not worth anything.

The print quality aint as good though - but will be cheaper to frame...

Its often a case of buyer beware, but FFS quit the scaremongering.
