And there is one more major giveaway that I'm 99% sure about, but will not write here if the seller reads this forum.

Agree its too cheap considering whats been happening, if U/S Happy choppers can go for £63k and Sale Ends and VLH going for mid £53k / £70k this print which is rarer and doesn't come up often should fetch £120 -£150k IMO in todays market. To me this is the type of message that indicates a top dollar for this piece from a market perspective. Auctions can be great at indicating “market” direction but for most of us who have been around the market is what a seller is gets and usually it’s more than one or two indicators.
I suspect we will see a lot of people rethinking their pieces and understandingly.... if you can achieve far more than you ever thought in a faster timeline, then list it for sale.
The market is always what someone is willing to pay.
My own subjective take is we will see a lot more inventory privately available and as buyers start taking their time or not responding to prices, they will start going down. Once sellers feel they don’t Feel it’s right and prices will stabilize and then perhaps start to rise.
Definitely a sellers market right now.... that will change as more inventory starts to creep up.
For buyers, it’s tempting but I’ll share what an old friend shared with me
“Overpay for a nice picture, a picture you will enjoy....”

All prints jumped in value but some are going to be much more than others. I think £150k is a fair shout for this print- one thing you want with a Banksy print is his humour. And this is up there with his best in that respect.
Banksy Value is utterly brilliant but in times like these it's more a log of inflation than estimate of value. Looking back at a year of insanity rather than a useful tool to assess today's prices.
