Grafter charity print,....Update, by Grafter on May 22, 2008 0:35:07 GMT 1, great piece mate / really thought provoking ....what's your story behind it?
The main idea/theme of this piece was the hoplesness and pain of loss. Having been through a berevment I know, only too well, the feeling that the pain of grief can be all consuming and sometimes simply too hard to take. The fact that it is an angel going through the same process represents the fact that this feeling is so powerfull it should be viewed as a natural part of the grieving process and not a personal disfunction that one person is suffering alone.
That is how I see it. Hopefully everyone who takes the time to view it will get their own personal vibe from it and take their own thoughts from it. If they do I would be incredibly intrested to hear them...

Grafter charity print,....Update, by mred on May 24, 2008 15:51:12 GMT 1, Few pictures of one that made it onto the wall not the bay.
Picture of MAW waiting to be hung
Detail of MAW - after chatting with framer went for deep frame with print at the back and black spacer to contrast with the frame
On the wall - deep frame meant had to go for glass without reflection control hence you can see the hedge outisde!!!
It must be a good one as my Bristol TMA has been moved for this one.
Thanks again Grafter, I just hope I can get my hands on some more of your work in the futre with all the interest in your work.
