Big fan of both these artists and love both these images. If I had to choose it would be the Nick Walker. This is by far his best image to date and framed to perfection by Gary.

Thanks to everyone who pm'd offering swap deals, some of which were extremely tempting, I am pleased to say that both the Ratatouille and the 21CL have now been SOLD. The buyer is thrilled as he has bought them from himself!! ;D

I spent 4 hours last night changing things around to allow for the new Herakut, always thought it would naturally sit where the 21CL is but as you can see its effin huge and wouldn't look right at all, I had the head of the stairs lined up for another piece but the Ratatouille looks so good there the other will have to stay in storage for now!

The only casualty was a Jamie Reid 'No War' poster which is a shame, but something had to give!

Anyway thanks again, pics below for anyone who is interested and one for zippy!

Sadly mate been up for sale a year today as it happens, agreed a sale in January for a 3 bed place but it all went tits up, prices are now down and not enough equity left to move now!! Looks like I am here for a good few years yet mate!

Out of interest, when I was looking for a place, all I could think about as I walked round was which walls would suit which art! If the walls didn't work for me then I ruled the associated house out, regardles of location and bargain price etc! How sad is that!! ;D

They are Jamie REid's 'God Saves' series. The Aquarium Gallery currently has a few at bargain prices in their closing down sale!! These were originally £800 each from TomTom, Aquarium has them for less than £100 each!!!!!!!

Herakut looks great there and the dark wall helps it too!
Interested (nosey) to know how you managed to hang the frames on the stairs so they look evenly spaced and at the same angles going up.
I struggle just to hang one piece on a wall getting the height right!

Zippy - I am not joking when I tell you I spent around 8 hours getting them right, spacing, levels, heights and opposite each other! They are also held in place with 3 point hidden security fixings so they don't get knocked off as I climb the stairs pissed! Those fixings have to be spot perfect otherwise the picture sits on tilt!

Total Nightmare to hang but effect is worth the grief!

i'm house hunting at the moment and am going through exactly the same thoughts...my main requirement is plenty of wall space which rules out pretty much everything in my budget!
