Selling or Swapping some lovely Lucies, by Heavyconsumer on Nov 11, 2008 2:30:39 GMT 1, Seeking offers for the following 2 x Canvasses, in which I've had interest in recent months but solid offers weren't forthcoming or followed up on, so try me:
Sold as a pair and for cash ideally (trade and part-ex offers considered). Come with gallery invoice from Randall Scott Gallery. Matching numbers 9/13. Mint condition, as yet unstretched (there is a a stitched seam down one edge, which will be out of view once stretched of course and I think it was simply the end of the roll of canvass, certainly not an imperfection of any kind). Canvasses are currently in the UK, so shipping to anywhere is easy.
Looking for a bank transfer, although other processes may be considered. Loads of forum references available from previous purchases, sales and swaps - never had any problems of any kind. If in doubt, I will not take offense to lowball offers, but in turn, don't be offended when I tell you where to go, if I think you're having a giraffe ;D:)
Please bare in mind, these do not pop up all that often and when they do, more often than not it's only one of the pair, which is very odd, as they benefit from being hung as a pair. Finding a brand new pair of these elsewhere is unlikely, as there were only 13 printed and I'm not aware of any APs.

Any reasonable offer s still likely to be accepted though, as there are several pieces out there, which I'm quite keen on and the money would help greatly towards that end.

I still love the images (my only reason for buying them), but they just aren't the most practical pieces for our small home. They need to hang side by side really and the colours wouldn't really suit anything close by either. Besides I was lucky ebough to pick up an OG from her SF show this year too, so that (which is hanging) will console me.

I've seen copies on ebay signed by all 8 artists go for 90 quid... god knows what muppets pay that kind of money for them tho?
