My framer painted the frame in black and then sanded down parts to give it this effect.
I was asking for £12,500 but it appears to be too high in the current climate so I have dropped it to £11,000.

Always very hard with early edition signed Banksy's to get a number of price references due to the rarity and many will be sold through galleries or quietly i.e. not on ebay
