This may be a really daft question, but are authentication certificates from both organisations equally valid, or would most people go with Pest Control because they're Banksy's official verification company?

Also, POW charge £50 + VAT per certificate issued. Does anyone know whether Pest Control also charge and if so how much?

Since no one was biting and I couldn't find any definitive info anywhere else online, I contacted POW to ask whether or not they were issuing the same certificates of print authentication as Pest Control.

Just in case anyone else has the same query, this was the response:-

"Hello
Yes Pest Control deal with Banksy originals and street pieces and although
requests for print verification go through their site in the same way, we
deal with them as we published them. All certificates are the same....

pow"

So that's definite then: for print authentication you can go through Pest Control or Pictures On Walls but POW issue the actual certificates and, presumably, they cost the same amount.
