To your earlier question, the release is scheduled 20th March. They will definitely be signed, but specifics of where is to be communicated- they assume it will be front but don’t know 100% so couldn’t confirm.

I’m hopefully down on waitlist, nothing confirmed in terms of allocation or even process for allocation at this point. Imagine the waitlist will become a long one - I guess calls are simply a mechanism for enabling queue jumping

A lot of people think these are a no-brainer but what if AA start bringing out large amounts of Condo editions?
He has a massive catalogue of images. I originally thought there would just be three but why would Condo turn down free money if he knows these editions sell well?

Tbh there is so little in terms of largish colour condo prints out there that I don’t think future editions would hurt his market.Also buy because you like it and as a fan and that way if the value goes down you still have something for your walls

8. How much for both condos? I genuinely don't have an ask. I'm not an art trader or a flipper. I bought them because I like them and I think they have a long term value (15y +) but the forum seem inflamed, that's why I'm trying to understand where is the community is standing at with offers/pricing. So unless it moves the needle for me I won't sell them.

Everyone is flipping and trading here, so I don't really get the comment. Floor price is a technical term. When you have an offer on something, that's a floor price. You may not use this term daily but is what everyone here does.

I love the integrity, and it's also the reason why I'm not really active here.
In my collector life, which is relatively small compared with big collectors (just about 16 years of collecting), bought some 300 artworks and I sold only 3 and just to buy something I wasn't liquid enough to afford. 
But now to clarify your point: trading art is fine, flipping in DM is accepted, speculating on open editions is great but asking for a price in a open way is considered repulsive, unethical at the same level of treating art like a stock exchange and futures?

As someone who actually wants to display one of these and likely won’t get one direct, I’m afraid that they will in fact sell for far more than the release price even when the resale restrictions pass. 10k seems low to me.
